Create Your First Interview
From your dashboard, click New Interview. Give it a clear title, then write a brief overview — this is the context the AI uses to understand the purpose of the conversation. Next, add between 2 and 5 questions. For each question, choose a follow-up depth setting:
| Setting | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Low | The AI moves on after a short acknowledgment |
| Medium | The AI probes once or twice before continuing |
| High | The AI digs deep, asking several follow-up questions |
Choose Text or Voice Mode
In the interview settings, select the default conversation mode:
- Text mode — Respondents type their answers. Works in every browser with no special permissions.
- Voice mode — Respondents speak and listen using their microphone. Produces an audio recording alongside the transcript.
